CHAIN RESOURCES (M) SDN BHD is a wholly owned Bumiputera company, incorporated on 11th April 2000 with our main objective to assist clients in collection of unpaid consumer and commercial debt nationwide.

Our philosophy is to recover as much collections for our clients using professional and ethical techniques whilst preserving our client’s reputation. Our combination of monitored telephone calls, visits and if necessary legal correspondences are all carried out professionally and with empathy, thus yields a high success rate in collections.

The number of recovery officers assigned to the account will be determined by the type of accounts passed from the client, work volume and the ability of our staff to turn the delinquent accounts into active accounts.
